morels are my FAVORITE! i once went to a fancier restuarant in KCMO and had a capo lindo farms chicken dish with guess what laying on that plate MORELS. i was like oh this country girl so knows what those are! scarfed em' down.
and to think they just grow wild where i'm from in April/May and down here people pay like $25.00 an ounce for them.... |
