I've only had flavor infused chevre, but just with sun dried tomatoes, herbs, etc.

i had a smoked horseradish cheese that i loved and i love good pimento cheese. i love wine and cheese shops. it's way too fun. but i like moscato wine so i usually end up with softer cheeses....ahhh lamenting now on the fact that i can't have soft non pasturized cheeses or wine...so i'll just wine wine wine.... ;(

I LOVE CHEESE! lol My kids love all different kinds of cheeses too. My son especially likes the creamy type. Me and my girls love all but they seem to prefer the sharp type. It depends what i'm in the mood for. My kids can eat salami, cheese and crackers all day if you let them. Doesn't matter what kind of cheese. I love fresh mozz cheese. Cheeses that are made from goat or buffalo milk is good too. Feta is on almost all my salads. The one my hubby calls stinky cheese, fresh parm is my girls fave too...I catch them standing in front of the fridge eating it. My hubbys taste extends to kraft american cheese.

Dh LOVES velvetta. I'm not a fan of processed cheese. He says he misses mac and cheese made w velvetta. He says it's the best.

I agree with your DH mac/velvetta are so good..when my kids were still home i made it everyday along with mashed potatoes no matter what meat we had those 2 things had to be on the table

and they haven't changed

Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes every day??? I would weigh 300 pounds easily

One of my most favorite things to do on cruises is to order a cheese and fruit plate with french bread (room service) every night to eat out on our balcony overlooking the ocean with a bottle of wine

Look in the cheese case at your grocer. There are quite a few flavor infused cheeses there

I guess they were to active to hold weight my girls are very small sizes 5&7
my boys are both slim & trim
