| It's kind of like Ramen, I guess? It's a Vietnamese soup and is delicious.

| I love Ramen so would probably love it. I've got to put that on my list of new things to try. Thanks for the tip. I love reading what you all eat and experiment with.

| Yeah you would love it for sure! Pho uses a rice noodle and Mi uses an egg noodle like Ramen (round not flat) so if you go you'll wanna try Mi They can be found on the same menu. However, you just might like the rice noodles! I love Pho and Mi

| Pho is beef noodle soup w thin white rice noodles. The broth will vary greatly by region and cook, w a very pleasant star anise smell. its still very good. Served w raw bean sprouts, cilantro, onion, scallion, lime, sliced jalapenos, basil. Some places give u a little bowl of hot oil or clarified butter w stalks of scallion in it on the side too. Mmmm. Now I want some pho, but its 80 degrees here today, too hot. I had a chicken bagels at chik fil a. ha. |

| Slow roasted shaved pork loin sandwich on homemade wheat bread with asian cabbage salad and red onions. A couscous salad with apples, cranberries and celery on the side. No, I did not make this! haha It was delish though! We have an all natural 'deli' type cafe in my building and all their food is fresh, organic, different and delicious!

| Oh goody! More for me! lol ![]() I don't like the mint or lettuce they give. I never use it. But I do use the jalapenos to spice things up (but I don't eat em)
