Too funny!! I have to admit, I have never purchased salt or pepper for myself. Never add it to my food. There is plenty of it in the processed foods I eat.

How did I miss your post?! I have an aunt who is this way. We had Thanksgiving at her house one year and the turkey was so old and so pathetic to begin with that when dad went to carve it, the thing just deflated into a pile of skin and bones. It was just like a scene from the Jodi Foster movie, can't think of the title.

I actually didn't to too bad last night. Shared an Italian beef with bf last night from Portillo's.

Today had half a ham and egg sandwich with tomato, lettuce, and mayo. Oh also 1/4 of a bagel with lebne yogurt.

Then just now shared some fries with ranch with MIL.

I was naughty, naughty, naughty today. Not telling details. Tomorrow I'm going shopping for healthy food. Nancy gave me a breakfast idea because that is when I am most vulnerable and reach for sugar.

No way, just like Jeanie told me, this is the "be honest, what did you just eat?" thread. I got a death threat from Nancy, so you have to admit what you ate. How could you eat so naughty? I won't believe it until I read it. Miss I-had-lettuce-and-olive-oil-for-lunch today.

After the ranch and fries, I shared a hawaiian bbq plate lunch with bf. He had all three fried shrimp and half of the fried swai, and half of the bbq beef, and all the macaroni salad. I ate the other half of the swai and beef, and some rice and cabbage. Uni had some cabbage too.

Then for midnight snack I am planning for bagel and lox again, maybe a bit of mac and cheese and mashed potato. Carb fest=sleepy time.

Last night we were out for asian/sushi. Husband was very bad and had General Tsao's w sushi as an appetizer. I just had sushi - yum, yum. Today, we are grilling some salmon with some asparagus and sesame noodles.

I think that's a little better, Nancy, but I still don't come anywhere near your lettuce and olive oil.

Ha ha, I was just getting ready to fix my "oatmeal pancake" and I saw this post pop up. I figured you had tried it and gave it a rave review. The really good thing about the oatmeal pancake is it takes you mind completely off food for 4 hours, and that's a good thing! Good to know you're getting enough protein! I would venture to guess, your food is making you crave other food and so on and so on.

Breakfast:
Starbucks caramel light frap
Chocolate chip cookies
Lunch:
Homemade steak sandwich. I wanted a torta, but I had the wrong kind of bread.
Snack:
slice of naughty naughty pizza.
Dinner:
Teeny bits of birria, with rice, beans, and tortillas.
Late night snack:
Chicken fettuccine alfredo. Yum! Dinner sucked, and I wanted something yummy.
