What else do they deep fry and put in a taco? I'd think sesos would be even more gross to you. Potato tacos have a hard shell, so can't be that.

When did you start eating sesos and lengua? And you'd rather have fried brains than fried fish? I think the lengua one is the 2nd pic all the way on the right side.

You don't like fish tacos Lisa? I didn't think there was a food out there you didn't like. How come so many people don't like seafood? You guys are missing out. One type of fish does not taste like another. There's a reason why some fish is cheap and others are expensive.

Do you like lobster? Take orange roughy and poach in milk. Will taste and have the texture just like lobster. Melinda Lee taught me that.

well I PUKED my way through Lake Michigan and parts of Cabo and Zihuatanajo Bay......

no.....I do not like fish much unless the flavor is greatly masked

Most rule of thumb, if a fish smells, it's old. Shellfish starts to decompose soon after death, faster so than fish. It's better to go to a market that sells whole fish, so you can look at the eyes, shiny glossy eyes means fresh. Then have the fish monger prep it for you. However, most fish markets stink due to the trash there. You'd have to go to a high end place. Or even better, buy the fish in the tanks that are still swimming.

Chilean Sea Bass is SOOOO good. Even my vegetarian friend who hates all seafood said it was the best thing ever.
