My mother told me about sugar, milk and meat rationing during WWII. Milk!!! Woman with babies and children got extra coupons or tickets or something. Wouldn't miss the meat as much as I would the sugar and milk!

I even see her avatar or name on a forum - Capt. Noonie - and I begin to salivate. Isn't fair!!! She has sent me to the kitchen more than Red Lobster ads on TV. I don't even care for that restaurant but those ads on big screen HD TV's - huge shrimp, crab, and lobster dripping in butter - a 24" freshly boiled lobster on a plate does remind you of food, food, food - but nothing affects me like Capt. Noonie's avatar and/or name.
