Don't be too jealous. The thing is tiny and I think only 180 calories but it feels like I'm getting to eat pastry for breakfast(this is so far from real pastry as to be a joke) and it feels rebellious - which nutritionally is where I am at right now.

Aw man, just had a beef salad, thai style. OMG they asked me how spicy, on a scale of 1 to 10 and I said 5. I'd hate to see what a 10 is. Phew! My mouth was on fire, but it was so good! I'm trying to eat a bit healthier. Although last night I had two slices of Super supreme Pizza Hut pan pizza before bed!

I was so tired after my chores and such tonight, I grabbed a part of a weiner, 1/4 of a whole wheat bun and 1/3 of a Slim Fast Peanut Chocolate Meal Bar - just bites of things actually standing in the kitchen and then brought a Diet Coke to den, sat down on the couch and went sound asleep. Nap over, now am really hungry for a meal but it's too late to eat that much so guess I'll grab what I can to keep me from feeling so empty until breakfast.

Hey remember when you said your mom does that too spicy dance, and oh that was so good, fanning mouth move? that's what I did today. So good and so spicy, but I could not stop eating. I used like 4 napkins, and I was tearing up.

I had a slice of homemade peach cake made with fresh peaches, I made yesterday. I had to get my energy up, we are having a family reunion here at our house, my husbands family

huitlacoche again with a salad with more corn, carrots, tomatoes, some cheese, onions and salsa on top. Just realized no meat protein in this meal.
