Aw man, just had a beef salad, thai style. OMG they asked me how spicy, on a scale of 1 to 10 and I said 5. I'd hate to see what a 10 is. Phew! My mouth was on fire, but it was so good! I'm trying to eat a bit healthier. Although last night I had two slices of Super supreme Pizza Hut pan pizza before bed!
