I was so tired after my chores and such tonight, I grabbed a part of a weiner, 1/4 of a whole wheat bun and 1/3 of a Slim Fast Peanut Chocolate Meal Bar - just bites of things actually standing in the kitchen and then brought a Diet Coke to den, sat down on the couch and went sound asleep. Nap over, now am really hungry for a meal but it's too late to eat that much so guess I'll grab what I can to keep me from feeling so empty until breakfast.
