I was watching Larry King last night & his guests said that the sheriff has the authority to over ride what the judge orders, I hope she servers a few more days just to knock some reality into her that she's not as special as she think she is.....the only reason she may go back is because of the up roar it has caused from her early release..if she does return she won't be eating that food that's for sure,the next news broadcast will say, "Be on the look out for Paris Hilton...prisoner escapes from jail by slipping through the bars...may be crazed & demented...approach w/ caution."

I've never by any means been a fan of Paris but according to reports, the time MOST people, meaning regular people like us, spend in jail for her crime is 3-5 days. She didn't got o jail for her DUI, it was for driving with a suspended license. So I think she is being made an example of because she technically should have only gotten less than a week, which she did serve in jail and she has to spend another 40 at home confined. So while I don't like her and celebrities do get preferential treatment I think she served the time she would have served anyway and she's still under custody so I'm not sure why everyone is so bothered by it. There are rapists and murderers living on most everyone streets and we're worried about Paris Hilton as a threat?

Paris Hilton was just ordered back to jail in Lynwood to serve out the remainder of her sentence! She'll get credit for at least 5 days already served.

Hilton left the courtroom in tears, screaming, "Mom, Mom, Mom." Hilton was also heard saying "It's not right."

One witness described the scene as: Paris was "physically escorted" out of the courtroom by a female deputy.

Hilton's mother was later seen pacing the hallways, telling reporters, "I'm paralyzed right now." Paris' father Rick is still in the courtroom.

A Sheriff inside the courtroom tells TMZ that officers are taking Hilton straight from the courtroom to Lynwood. No timetable has been set on her departure.

What's not right is the fact that her parents raised her without consequences.

The real world actually has consequences Paris.

Maybe she'll have a chance to actually be a person who contributes something of importance to the world.

Probably not but I can hope.
