She didn't got o jail for her DUI, it was for driving with a suspended license. So I think she is being made an example of because she technically should have only gotten less than a week, which she did serve in jail and she has to spend another 40 at home confined. So while I don't like her and celebrities do get preferential treatment I think she served the time she would have served anyway and she's still under custody so I'm not sure why everyone is so bothered by it. There are rapists and murderers living on most everyone streets and we're worried about Paris Hilton as a threat?
