| Amber, what are we going to do with you???? Your eye...now your neck, what is going on??? I don't know of any quick fix, but I have a bad neck and have found that sleeping on a tempurpedic pillow (not the cheap knockoffs) has greatly reduced the number of times it "goes out". Hope you're feeling better today!

| Heat, gentle massage and ibuprofen. Heat should be moist heat. Put a wet towel in the microwave until it is very warm wrap it in a plastic bag and put it on your neck where it is hurting and lay down for awhile and let the ibuprofen work. Tylenol will not work as well as the ibuprofen.... |

| Just saw this post, girl! I agree with jp4m2 -- you need to quit being so roudy at night and besides that this is a FAMILY forum! I hope you had a GREAT time at the bbq. Chiropractor's work wonders as does a good ole fashioned neck rub. You might also try one of my friends -- Mr. Ben Gay. He is "HOT"! |

| You poor girl! Having a kink in the neck like that takes all the joy outta life! I'd say try icing and heat and I use biofreeze for things like that. You need time and rest to get it better. I hope you feel better soon! I know how those neck problems can be and they are no fun! *HUG*

| Whenever I've had problems like that I like to stand under a hot hot hot shower and massage the knot out. You might want to see a chiropractor if it continues. Now stop with the mystery maladies Mam! We don't want to see you in pain!!!! |

Maybe it's the stress you were under that's catching up with you while you were creating your SB package!!!! That pain really is bad - I've done that many times. Last time, since I was already seeing my chiroprator, I had her work on it and it disappeared fast. | |

| So sorry to hear your in pain. My mother used this method. Take some magnets & wrap them in a hand towel & place heat over the area. It has worked for us for years. We now wear bracelets. http://www.magnetictherapymagnets.com/
