Do they have classes in "respect" in Jail? How about "responsibility" or "accountability" or "maturity"? She's obviously not getting any values from her parents. 45 days...if she doesn't show up it'll become 90.

Exactly!

Those values are things that can be taught and instilled in any child regardless of a household's yearly income.

Send her to me for 45 days and I'll whip that brat into a human.

Entertainment Tonight said she was speeding and driving without her lights on. That is why she was stopped.

If one of my kids were on that road that night..45 days in jail would have been the least of her problems.

I think that she should spend her 45days in Jail and they do not need to involve the The Governator into this i heard that's why they made the website so that the governor can get involved.

I think that celebrities get away with so much that if it were an average joe he would be summoned or go to jail with out all this media coverage. Beside you know she's not going to be in a jail with crooks and such. Shes going to probably be in a posh jail with all the perks and she's not going to learn nothing from her experience.

I was watching ET a few weeks ago and they were snapping pictures of her coming out of her home and the camera man told her are you going to drive isnt your licesnce suspended and all she said was get away from my car you are going to damage it.

So i am all for the 45days in jail they need to make an example out of all those spoiled little brats!

I read everyones comments and I am just so proud of yorkietalk members. I feel quite confident that if they would just send Paris to YT for 45 days we could whip her into shape! lol

I had a chance to go to Hollywood and we were on rodeo drive and she was shopping at this fancy store with like 100 people and cameras all around her and out of no where she screams something like get the f*** away from me.

Ty was arrested and has posted bail. He has a court date set. He hasn't been convicted yet. If he is convicted, then they will decide on his punishment. You can't punish someone before they are convicted.

R Kelly raped a CHILD and videotaped it. Why isn't he in jail?

I'm all for fair treatment. But if you are going to do it one celebrity, do it to all. Don't just pick on one person just because she has money. Obviously with the attention and money she has, she's doing something right.
