The difference is Paris was found guilty then committed two more crimes by driving with a suspended license. Then she showed up late for court.
Ty was arrested and has posted bail. He has a court date set. He hasn't been convicted yet. If he is convicted, then they will decide on his punishment. You can't punish someone before they are convicted.
