I also like the spoons because my family doesn't even realize I am controlling their portions when I use them . I feel like I've been doing WW my whole life. I just started back too. The most important thing to remember is that "accidents" happen and tomorrow is a new day. It is usually not one "bad" day that ruins the week. | |

| I went to my meeting Monday and I was down 2lbs. Not much but a start. My son was on a diet a week before me, so he has lost 5lbs. total. I am so poud of him, he even knows how to figure out points of a food on his own. I think I need a set of digital scales for us and our food, so I am going to look into both.

| Does WW have any 'cooking for two' books or recipes? I'm not good at changing a recipe and my husband doesn't like left overs...unless it's pizza |

| I swear I'm like a little child that needs to be watched. This week (Sunday is my weigh in day and they were closed) I went to my Mom's for dinner-munch, munch, munch and it was Easter so now I have to face the music. Hopefully I have had my fill of chocolate bunnies and robins eggs So it's back to the program today and I could use a good butt kicking. I guess I'm like my babies-leave me alone and I get in trouble (no willpower). I don't know how many times I need to do this before it sinks in that food + noThe only problems is the face in my mirror says back: "Joan have you been eating those hallucinagenic apples again?" Tomorrow will be a better day

| 2 lbs is a great loss! Good for you! I'm down 4 today for a total of 10 in the past two weeks. It's been harder to stay on track this week w/Easter but I just had itty bitty portions of everything. You're doing GREAT! <3 |

| I'm on my 8th week with 25 lbs lost. I fell off the wagon during the Easter weekend. Darn that bunny, and his candy. But I've been back on my points since Monday. I'm waiting for the cold snap in the weather to GO AWAY, so I can get back on my walking routine. I'm a whip about the cold, and I do videos in the house, but I'm bored with those. I want to strap on my Ipod and get outside with the doggies.I'm also a little fearful of this weekend - It's my birthday, and I'm terrified of the cake and ice cream. I've mentioned a few times that one of those Weight Watcher deserts will be fine for me, but my kids look so downcast, "What do you mean no cake, Mommy?" Sigh.
