| I used to have that happen when my blood sugar would drop. I had some serious issues with that several years ago. I had to eat small meals several times a day just a couple hours apart and I carried Glucose tablets in my purse all the time...they came in handy more than once! You should make an appointment with your Dr. to get checked out. |

| How long had it been since you'd eaten? This happens to me if I go too long without food, and a lot of times I'll get a migraine too YES, go to the doctor. Even if 100 of us have had the same symptoms, you just never know if something more serious is going on with you. High blood pressure can cause the same type of symptoms. I hope that you feel better quick and that it's nothing serious

| Sounds like hypoglycemia. Carry some hard candy with you and when you feel that first start to happen eat some candy or drink some orange juice or anything that you can get your hands on with lots of sugar in it. Be sure to eat a meal also after that or you will have a rebound drop in your glucose again. |

My furkids Donating Member | My brother is hypoglycemic...this happens when you eat too much sugar...and I hate to disagree but, I have high blood pressure and this is one of those things that you don't know you have unless a doctor checks it...This is why it is called the silent killer. Sounds to be like anixety...can you feel you heart pounding? I agree with your Mom...I would also go to the doctors...we are not doctors (I don't think anyone here is!) You need to see a professional.

| I don't know how old you are, but you might get your hormone levels checked. It can start to happen early, even in your 30's you can become peri menopausal. |

| I am borderline hypoglycemia and this will happen to me if I have gone without eating for a while and I'm active at the same time (even just walking). Always starts by getting hot and feeling strange. Eating definitely helps, but protein is the best thing for you. Sugary foods will spike you really high, then you will drop again. Frequent meals, always with a protein are your best friend here!! But, definitely check with your doctor. Blood work is a must!!
