I am borderline hypoglycemia and this will happen to me if I have gone without eating for a while and I'm active at the same time (even just walking). Always starts by getting hot and feeling strange. Eating definitely helps, but protein is the best thing for you. Sugary foods will spike you really high, then you will drop again. Frequent meals, always with a protein are your best friend here!!
But, definitely check with your doctor. Blood work is a must!!
