My brother is hypoglycemic...this happens when you eat too much sugar...and I hate to disagree but, I have high blood pressure and this is one of those things that you don't know you have unless a doctor checks it...This is why it is called the silent killer. Sounds to be like anixety...can you feel you heart pounding? I agree with your Mom...I would also go to the doctors...we are not doctors (I don't think anyone here is!) You need to see a professional.
