Even if she received a TON of orders and she's still trying to fill them, that doesn't excuse ignoring pm's and emails. I have an online business, too and there's no excuse for ignoring your PAYING customers

This is really a shame that this is happening. I dont think that she should be banned form selling on this site period. I'm so sorry this has happened to you all. I bought something from her a while back and it took forever to get here boy am i glad i decided not to buy anything more.

Becca, I have tremondous respect for you and love ya lots but .. girlie..I highly doubt she will do this.. why did she continue to take orders.... well lets see .... hmmm $$$ even though she knew perfectly well she did not have the time to fill them.. and the sad thing is she does not have the manners to show her face and take care of it.. people changed their minds since she took too long and want their $$ back ...so it take no more than 30 mins to refund all of these people... and be done with it... but instead she wasted the $$ I'm sure that's why she can't refund it.

You're so sweet.

I thought that she was overwhelmed at first too and talked to her - but the problem lies in her not refunding people BEFORE she had the house problem & collected all that money in donations. To make things worse - she still ignored people.

Add the orders she had outstanding ....and you have a BIG MESS.

I didn't want to be mad at her but i know if I were out 100 $ - I would be trying to get it back - that's alot of money and she had no right to take it and not send people what they paid for.

IF she couldn't fulfill her end of things she should have sent that money back immediately - People should NOT have to chase her down like they had to. Even now..... she's still ignoring people

yes - she COULD make it right. People here are very forgiving... but the more she ignores people the worse it looks. and it's looking pretty bad right now.

This is just sickening to read. What makes my blood boil is that every day I check her profile (it shows her last activity and time)..........she is in here every single day just about ALL day in and out. Must be nice

I have ordered from nearly every seller on this site and I have not once had this problem.

Lastly, if she DOES send those treats.............I would not feed them to my babies..........who the hell knows what she did to them (I mean it)..........I do speak my mind and the rest is up to reader.

and that's why YOUR BUSINESS ROCKS .....I LOVE the basket I ordered from you and you are everything in an online business I want. Professional & fast shipping. Just PERFECTION girl .....my son loved the gift basket.

Bren and Willow too make GREAT Treats and have cute Gift Baskets......I have something coming from Willow - and already ordered from Bren - I can't imagine any problems except that I'll be a repeat customer and need to sell more labels to afford it LOL!

EDITED.....and Jessy...that's a scary thought girl and good point - To share something - we had bad pizzas one night and my husband wanted me to call to complain and I told him - You DO NOT Piss off the Pizza Man !!! not when you may order again in the future & they flag accounts these days lol -

I agree with you Vee. YT members are awesome and have incredibly big hearts. She would easily be forgiven but she has to take the first step and at least respond to PM's or come here and post. I hope things work out for the best for everyone involved.

exactly my point... which she had no right to spend before shipping out her product... she should reflect back on how she felt when she was loosing her house... this is the same thing ..it is $$ that is not hers to keep if she did not send out what was promised...

I totally agree. She should NOT have spent that money until after she shipped everything out to her PAYING customers. I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt -- so I REALLY hope she will come on and make things right ... even though I'm very doubtful right now (since this has happened to SO many people).

I paid for a dog crate that she had listed for sale in Oct/Nov. She said several times that weather was bad so she didn't get it mailed. Then she pm'd me (After I pm'd her numerous times) and said she would look up the tracking # and get back with me. (That implies she mailed it. Right?) Anyway weeks later she told me that the weather was so bad that she'd put the box outside for the stray cats to stay warm and that it was cracked so she would send me a refund. She even went as far as to offer me more than what I paid her. I pm'd her and told her all I wanted was the amount I had sent her returned to me. (That was on Jan. 2nd) As of today I still have not received my money back. I'm sorry she's going through a tough time right now. We've all been there. (In fact I'm tring to scrape money together to pay doctor bills right now.) That's no reason to ignore people and treat them the way she has. I know if she'd just be honest and tell me she doesn't have the money right now I'd be fine with it. The problem is, is that she's ignoring pm's and etc. and not confronting the problem.
