I paid for a dog crate that she had listed for sale in Oct/Nov. She said several times that weather was bad so she didn't get it mailed. Then she pm'd me (After I pm'd her numerous times) and said she would look up the tracking # and get back with me. (That implies she mailed it. Right?) Anyway weeks later she told me that the weather was so bad that she'd put the box outside for the stray cats to stay warm and that it was cracked so she would send me a refund. She even went as far as to offer me more than what I paid her. I pm'd her and told her all I wanted was the amount I had sent her returned to me. (That was on Jan. 2nd) As of today I still have not received my money back. I'm sorry she's going through a tough time right now. We've all been there. (In fact I'm tring to scrape money together to pay doctor bills right now.) That's no reason to ignore people and treat them the way she has. I know if she'd just be honest and tell me she doesn't have the money right now I'd be fine with it. The problem is, is that she's ignoring pm's and etc. and not confronting the problem.
