I really hate this situation because I go back and forth emotionally. I feel bad for her a bit because I think she is a person that did not intentionally come here to con us, I honeslty think she just got in a hole and mismanaged the whole situation. I imagine at this very moment she might really be freaking out right now not knowing what to do and I really feel bad for that. BUt then I get angry again becuase its still not fair to all the people that fell victim to her mismanagement of her business and personal life. This whole thing is just giving me anxiety. I really need to get off the computer! Why is it I cant quit reading this thread?

Kristy could easily have been forgiven by just accepting responsibility for her actions. An apology with the truth. A simple, "I'm sorry, but I don't have the money to pay you back right now but I will have it on this day..." AND following through with it...Would have worked so well. Unfortunately she has lost everybody's trust now.

Ditto! and i believe that once she seen she was having problems the first time i think she should have stopped selling until she got back on her feet.

I don't think she did it on purpose I really don't..I think she was just have financial trouble and was scared to say so..and thats why she made all the excuses.

I have ordered hundreds of dollars from www.ChloeBella.com in the past year.
Every single thing has been EXCELLENT quality, on time, with wonderful communication..... I love her site! Feel comfortable ordering from the Featured Sellers on this site. I have ordered from most of them, with wonderful results.....
Willow has excellent communication as well, I will receive her treats soon.....I am planning on ordering from other "new" vendors on this site as well, I just can't get enough of the wonderful vendors on YT....

I think this is exactly what happened, Shana. I, too, don't think she did all this on purpose. But that still does not excuse her behavior. She made a HUGE mistake, she needs to admit to it, apologize to all those she hurt, and try to make up for it. Ignoring people definately does not help the situation.

I am not one of those who sent her money. I am just here to try to rationalize all that has been going on. I have communicated several times with Kristy here on YT and I honestly believe she did not do all this on purpose nor is she a con artist. I just think she bit off WAAAAAAAAAY more than she can chew and she needs to take steps to make amends to all those who are out of money.

Did you notice it didn't even add up to $1476? 642+75 late fees X 3 = 2151 minus 525 already paid equals $1626. Her receipt was for $1476. Off $150, guess she subtracted out the late fees instead of adding them......hmm Unless I missed something.....
