I thought that she was overwhelmed at first too and talked to her - but the problem lies in her not refunding people BEFORE she had the house problem & collected all that money in donations. To make things worse - she still ignored people.
Add the orders she had outstanding ....and you have a BIG MESS.
I didn't want to be mad at her but i know if I were out 100 $ - I would be trying to get it back - that's alot of money and she had no right to take it and not send people what they paid for.
IF she couldn't fulfill her end of things she should have sent that money back immediately - People should NOT have to chase her down like they had to. Even now..... she's still ignoring people
yes - she COULD make it right. People here are very forgiving... but the more she ignores people the worse it looks. and it's looking pretty bad right now.
