| ![]() Ohhh how I wish I had stumbled upon this thread earlier. So many ideas for dinner. When I work it is always either chicken or pork chops on the groll, some type of potato or rice and green beans...hubbys mainstay. But at least I have a hot meal after a long day at work. When he is working (my days off-we work opposites) I always try to do something different so we all don't grow feathers and beaks!! Tonight it is spaghetti, salad and garlic/cheese bread. Homemade 7 layer chocolate cake for dessert!

| ![]() Tonight I'm making chicken with spinach and ricotta filling..lighly sear the chicken then roll with the sauce in the middle and in the oven for 1/2 hour at 350. Served with a nice little side of risotto and sauteed tomatoes. Yum...I have to run in about 5 minutes to start pounding that chicken out ![]() |
