~Yesterday i made steak roles (inside was green onion and red peppers) with a reduced balsalmic glaze, sauted baby red potatoes with parsley and a spinich salad. 
~Tonight is stuffed chicken breasts(stuffed with chopped portabellas, parmesan, spinich, italian bread crumbs and seasoning) then lightly sauted then baked, sauted asaparagus and baby portabellas seasoned with red pepper flakes, and a mixed greens salad with advacodo
~Tomarrow my mother in law will be here 

 so I will have to make 3 courses-
non traditional Potato soup-but a really great recipe that uses red potatoes 
either a salmon with a horseraddish rub or grilled salmon with a balsalmic glaze and a spinich salad with roma tomatoes, advacado, and lime juice-EVOO and vinegar dressing and pecan pie(her favorite pie)
~Friday, Sat, & Sun we always go out for dinner or get take out so I am sure we will go out (b/c of the Mother in law) probably to the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino and Joe's Stone Crab in South Beach and probably Benihana too! yeah 
as well Sunday Brunch at Council Oak or South Beach-Lincoln Road
I love it when we have company!! yeah i get to go to all my favorite restaraunts!!!!
