Tonight I'm making chicken with spinach and ricotta filling..lighly sear the chicken then roll with the sauce in the middle and in the oven for 1/2 hour at 350. Served with a nice little side of risotto and sauteed tomatoes.

Yum...I have to run in about 5 minutes to start pounding that chicken out
