That is a beautiful stove!...Love the knobs!

My DH was at work watching some demolition being done in another part of the factory. He saw that cabinet and asked what they were going to do with it. They told him they were going to drop it down into the dumpster from the second floor! .....WTHeck!!!....He asked if he could have it, so they said they didn't care. They put it to the side and he hauled it home for free! Love it!

It has it's quirks but I love the uniqueness of it so I put up with it.

Yeah that La Cornue stove was a steal compared to the full retail price. We saw a larger one at Williams Sonoma (same brand but different model) and it was $40k.

I just bought red to do my garage door. We can't have a red front door because of my HOA rules, but I can still have my red entry, even if it's hidden.

They let kids in saggy swim diapers up there, but not dogs. I just don't get it

Oops, let me clarify. It's the community pool. No dogs in that pool. LOL We don't have room in our tiny backyard for a pool. We have a fountain.

I've seen that one before! I think you could totally make it. Just need to find nice cable thingys to screw the bulbs in. I saw some at Cost Plus that are brown. Only place I've found them brown, but I don't think long enough to get the same effect. The Edison style bulbs are easily found now at Lowes and Home Depot. Even saw some at Hobby Lobby.
