| ![]() Well Im Back down to 123 lbs ![]() I actually started the original Tao wellness eating plan that I originaly was on prior to finding this offical weight loss club, I recently stoped smoking and fell off the plan and started eating cookies and everything else that I shouldn't have! So I thought I would re-start the original program, drop the weight I have gained then maintain it with the losers club ![]() you can loose 2 lbs to 5 lbs the first week! Honest!! My menu for 7 days repeated or alternate so it wont get to boring! breakfast 2 vitamin B6 one egg omelet w/1oz cheddar cheese or 2 eggs w/out cheese with baby bok choy , broccoli or any green veggies you prefer. you can top it with salsa if you like. Alternate 2 egg no cheese 1 egg w/veggies (green only) 1/2oz cheddar cheese on top of one 6" corn, tortilla, half bagel, or half english muffin topped w/salsa Lunch (no alternate) 7 days large salad avoid to much lettuce! use more spinach, cabbage, endive all leafy green w/3 cups green veggies, cucumbers, bok choy, zuccinni tomatoes, jicama etc.. use rice vinegar or any vinegar dressing, no creamy dressings! drink 8oz of water w/ or w/out apple cider vinergar 1 tablespoon Dinner alternate any protein meat during the week! 4 oz for women 8 oz for men, lean red meat, fish, shrimp, lobster, chicken, and turkey. No lamb or pork! 1/2 cup of veggie (your choice) green only and a large salad just like lunch w/glass water w/w/out cider the key ingredient (Tao wellness eating) not to eat when you are hungry! If you eat when you are hungry you will have the tendency to want a larger portion or second serving so fix breakfast even if your not hungry! same time with lunch and dinner. eat before 6 pm! snack on broccoli or cucumber. water will help curb the munchie attack ![]() http://www.taoofwellness.com/dietfact.htm |

| ![]() I started changing the way I am eating 2-3weeks now. I stopped all the carbohydrates, use olive oil instead of butter/margarine and only use light products. I drink a lot of fresh orange juice, 10glasses of water and eat a lot of veggies. I eat small meals during the day and my last meal is 4hours before going to bed. I lost a total of 4pounds. It seems like it all went at once. IN the beginning there was no sign of progress but 2days ago when I got on the scale in showed that I lost 4lbs. I do not think my 4lbs are so obvious but I ll tell you...I feel GREAT. I feel healthy and more energetic. It is like I am a new person. This is a great club! ![]()

Make sure you are eating the "low fat" or "fat free" cheese. Good job! Keep up the good work!

| ![]() Pat Pat (on the back!) ![]() It sounds like you're on the right path. I'm proud of how your are making good changes. That's what is important. Your weight drop is perfect. You don't want to lose too fast. Keep up the good work.

| ![]() Just weighed myself on the scale I have here at home, which was the initial scale I used for my beginning stats, and it says I am now 157 which means I've lost 1 pound. Sounds great to me considering when I went to the Doc last Monday their scale put me at 160 lbs. I like to think mine is the right scale and theirs is wrong. So put me down for 157 ![]() I've cheated many times this week...my daughters 15th birthday and we went to the Olive Garden so you can imagine ![]() ![]()

| ![]() Congratulations! All that & you still lost a pound. Good for you. Way to go, girl! The same thing always happens to me. My scale at home always says I weigh less than the one in the doctors office. The nurse said it's because I have all my clothes on plus my shoes in the doctors office! So true, I came into this world with no clothes on and that's how I weigh myself in the morning - and I try to do it BEFORE I eat!

We just bought a nice new digital one (with BIG numbers) at Bed, Bath & Beyond for about $30-40. I was shocked it wasn't more expensive.

| ![]() If anyone has downloaded the 10 day FREE TRIAL Diet Organizer, please let me know. I was able to muddle through it ok. But, if by chance, you're having any trouble, let me know either by PM or via email. If necessary, I'll even give my phone number if it's necessary to "walk you through" something. You just need to be able to talk on phone AND be on computer at the same time. You can also email them at dietorganizer and they are most happy to help you. It has a "Getting Started" section also in case you haven't found it. LOL I absolutely love the program. It makes it soooooo easy to keep on track as it figures out all the calories and everything for you so it's right before your eyes. If you haven't tried the trial version yet, please do so. You won't regret it.
