I started changing the way I am eating 2-3weeks now.
I stopped all the carbohydrates, use olive oil instead of butter/margarine and only use light products.
I drink a lot of fresh orange juice, 10glasses of water and eat a lot of veggies.
I eat small meals during the day and my last meal is 4hours before going to bed.
I lost a total of 4pounds. It seems like it all went at once. IN the beginning there was no sign of progress but 2days ago when I got on the scale in showed that I lost 4lbs.
I do not think my 4lbs are so obvious but I ll tell you...I feel GREAT. I feel healthy and more energetic. It is like I am a new person.
