The same thing always happens to me. My scale at home always says I weigh less than the one in the doctors office. The nurse said it's because I have all my clothes on plus my shoes in the doctors office! So true, I came into this world with no clothes on and that's how I weigh myself in the morning - and I try to do it BEFORE I eat! |
I weigh myself right after i get a shower in the morning, with no clothes on
i have a very old scale i also have to add 10 lbs to it YUK!!!!.... i'll get a new one -one day....
