| USPS did it AGAIN! Entirely Pets had a hand in it too! Wrong address! I am so mad, and I need advice on what I should do. I put in an order with Entirely Pets on 1/24. For some reason, it shipped to my old PO box address that I have not used or had in years. I have no idea why it did, but it did. Last shipment went to the correct address. I called EP and they said since it was an online order, I was at fault and they delivered the package according to my instructions (how they got my old address on there I still don't know, it wasn't saved, I would have had to type it in manually). Granted, I understand their point, so what if I made a mistake, here's what gets me. It was delivered to the PO box I no longer use, or have my name attached to. They delivered it to whomever uses it now. When I used to have that PO box, they made a big fuss over delivering a LETTER addressed to bf and not me, and said if I want stuff delivered to him I need him to come in with two forms of ID and car registration. Meanwhile, I get letters addressed to other people delivered in my PO box just fine with no fuss from them. In fact one time I got someone else's paycheck! And yes, address to my PO box number. So here's why I'm posting. This particular office is the worst of the worst. major attitudes from the employees. If anyone's read my past complaints of the USPS, all the stories have come from this branch. Should I even bother driving all the way over there on the one freeway that's congested 24/7, stand in line and have them tell me what I think they will (They don't care) or just forget it and lose out on my order. It was not a huge order, though, it's the principle. Why make a big fuss about one letter one time, and then have them make all these mistakes. Should I put in a formal complaint? I don't even know if it's worth my time. Now as far as the customer service I received from Entirely Pets, I'm not sure I will ever order from them again. No I'm sorry this happened, but... nothing. They were so short and curt with me. I will take my money elsewhere.

| What a weird situation. I wonder where Entirely Pets got your old address, an old database? I won't order from the after they sent me liquid ear cleaner in a bubble mailer and the cleaner leaked all over. EP sent out a replacement, but I was annoyed with the mess in my mailbox. LOL, I know what you mean about the post office being sticklers about who receives mail in a particular PO box, yet they don't seem to mind putting in mail that doesn't belong. I have received someone's paycheck too.

| The whole situation stinks especially how Entirely Pets handled it. I just had a customer call me because he had some issues with ordering online. He was extremely frustrated because he kept entering his address and my website kept updating his address with a completely different address! First off, that goes to show you that it's MY fault not his. Secondly, I turned him into a happy customer by offering him a free item plus free shipping. Turns out he's on a committee of a new dog park being built in his community and is excited to spread the word. Sad thing is that EP doesn't know you are a member of a well known forum may cause them to lose business. Do you have an account with them? Are you able to access your account and view your saved addresses?

Thor's Human Donating Member | You can always go up the chain of command with both vendors. Be polite, but consistent, and make sure the person you are talking to has the power to do what you want (say, issue you a full refund). Also, it's old fashioned, but it works: write a letter to the president of the company (or, uh... the postmaster general?) saying how terrible the service is and how you will never use them again. 99% of the time you'll get a refund + something extra.

| I posted on their FB page and they just asked me if my old info was saved on my profile page. I answered them, and they have not yet replied back. All I want is a nice I'm sorry you had this happen to you. I'm not looking for anything free. Still nothing.

| THEY ACTUALLY DID!!! I replied in my initial post, which is still there. Then I posted another one, slightly more PO'd. That one got deleted. But that got their attention and just asked me what my order number was. I replied, and nothing since last night. So I reposted at the top that I know they are ignoring me. I bet they don't do anything. All I wanted was an apology, sincere or not, just a pretend sorry would do! LOL
