THEY ACTUALLY DID!!! I replied in my initial post, which is still there. Then I posted another one, slightly more PO'd. That one got deleted. But that got their attention and just asked me what my order number was. I replied, and nothing since last night. So I reposted at the top that I know they are ignoring me. I bet they don't do anything. All I wanted was an apology, sincere or not, just a pretend sorry would do! LOL
