| Yorkie Yakker | This a great thread since so few people in the world have a "normal" skin tone, and maybe this thread can help everyone seeking skincare advice. I am a Cosmetologist who specializes in hair however truly love skin. Since so many have helped me as a new Yorkie mom, I am happy to assist any others who are skincare professionals with advice. The top things I stress to my skin clients: -NEVER get agressive with acne. Popping a pimple that isnt ready will cause the fluids inside to travel under your skin, causing the affected area to spread. -If you use proactive or accutane, please dont hide it from your skin care specialist. We need to know because using these products makes skin soft and too delicate for some skin procedures. -This goes for everyone! You should never face the day without at least a moisturizer with spf 10 or 15. Sun damage can happen at any time, at any age. Be proactive in preventing it before it happens. Interesting tip: did you know that you can drink plenty of water but your skin stays dry? next time you're in the shower, give your conditioner a few minutes to soak in and try exfoliating lightly with a loofa sponge starting at your toes and ending at your neck. You can use a body wash or soap but if you want the most out of this, you should use one that wil aid you in exfiliating. My personal favorite is SoftSoap Body Butter Strawberry (other scents available).

| I was just at CVS this morning... I wish I saw this yesterday..... I would have picked it up this morning to try it out! I soo need to do something. I am not terrible, really Im not, but getting it all cleared up would be GREAT! esp my chin where it seems to swell up sometimes (right before my time of month). It seems us women are always cursed with something huh? Thanks for this Nancy, I will buy it and try it!

| This might sound silly but I take pictures before I start using a product and take pictures throughout so that I can have a more objective view of whether or not my skin truly does improve.

I can tell you right now, after one use, my skin feels fabulous, I had an area on my jawline that felt kind of scaly, and it feels pretty soft now. Mine didn't come with instructions, and I may have used it too long, I see online it says 60 seconds for entire face and I spent way longer than that, but I really feel like I got the circulation going!

![]() In the beginning I would do it for more than 60 seconds too, but it eventually caught up with me and I ended up overdrying my skin and it became flakey! And coming from someone with oily skin that is a hard thing to do!

| Ok, you have me all excited to go get the Olay brush. Can't wait for shipping, so I hope our Longs Drugs/CVS has it.

| I love my Olay brush. My skin has never been cleaner. I just wish I could use it around my eyes because I never seem to get all my mascara off at night and wake up looking like a racoon.

Myself taking Doxycyline for what derm says is rosacea....but it looks nothing like any pictures I have ever seen of rosacea. I tried multiple creams before this script. So far not impressed but only been on for a couple of weeks...derm says give it a month. Very frustrating..had perfect skin when I was younger

| Have you tried extra virgin olive oil? Just put a little bit on a cotton ball and pat your eyes. It works really well...also for deep cleaning your makeup brushes

| Clinique eye makeup remover works really well for this. soak a cotton pad and put it on your eye for about 10 seconds and then wipe away, it comes off very well!
