Caylee’s body was decomposing fast, and I think Casey stole money from grandma and others at this time so that she could leave town. The car was found at a check cashing place wasn’t it? Anyway, I think Casey was planning to leave town the night her mom called 911. It’s not that unusal for hookers to leave their kids in the trunk of the car, but they don’t spend the night with the guy. I believe this is where Caylee died. I’ve suspected some of the computer searches may have been contemplating her parents deaths, I think she wanted them dead.

I hadn't thought that she would be searching to find a way to kill her parents but she's certainly capable of doing it. I don't believe Caylee died by accident although your suspicions would show a reason why she would be too scared to report it. I'm surprised Baez didn't throw that out there. That's the only thing that sounds like a possibility.

Yeah, and I think the jurors will be thinking the way you do too. I wish I knew if she were always this way, or if she started changing after the birth of the baby and the loss of her fiancé, could she have been just so traumatized by all of that? The only thing that makes me think that couldn’t be true is she wouldn’t have thrown her family under the bus like she did.

I am suspecting she will get around 15 years from all the things I've heard. I just don't think judges or juries give mothers who kill their own children much time unless it is something like Susan Smith.

I for one am so tired of these TV shows yucking it up and getting giddy while covering this trial of a murdered child. They are making a sideshow out of it, especially that man named "Vinnie" on HLN right now. Then, at the end of the show, they "remind" us all of how serious this whole thing is and we should all "remember" that this is about a dead child. Pretty disgusting behavior.

I think she's talking about Cindy and perjury, not Casey, who can get much more than 15 years.

That man has been on Nancy Grace's show a few times and he drives her crazy (and me!). He supports Casey...atleast, that's how it seems.

She took one of her boyfriends to her parent's house when they weren't home, and I wondered why she did that, maybe to case out the joint? I think she thought of her parents causing her lots of grief, and if they were dead, she would have their house and an inheritance. I would love to know why she got fired from her job a couple of years ago and why she couldn't find another job.

And if the jury does indeed think like I am, Casey will get the death penalty....

Maybe she only disliked her father. It doesn't seem like she wanted to throw anyone under the bus more than him. She probably could manipulate her mom enough to tolerate her.

I don't think the State of Florida will indict or prosecute Cindy Anthony for perjury. I've heard so many attorneys say no one prosecutes family members for lying to protect a family member. They have so many crimes waiting for court cases that I think they don't have the resources to do this type of law.

I agree, I think she was thinking about killing her parents for their money and house. One of her female friends reported to authorities Casey told her her parents were going through a divorce, and they were going to let her have the house and continue the payments. They even have either a recording or texts/IMs that also have her tellling someone this story.

After reading it and learning that she used paper towels to soak up the decompositional fluids in her trunk because it would have been bad with the heat in June, I am convinced the has SEVERE mental problems!!!!!!!! Sociopath? Psychopath?
