My goodness you girls have been busy today Now I have learned how to tag and how to hide unsavory posts by going to the game forum. What's on tap for tomorrow

Question - once you put a tag, are you able to remove it? I am guessing admin is, but if you changed your mind could you take your tag back off?

yes you can remove your own tags the same way you add them.

I agree, there have been some that have tried to hide their horrible posts by going into the Games Forum to push their posts down when you do a members search. Since with a search you are only able to see the past 250 posts then it becomes more difficult to search out the really bad stuff that was said by someone. Very clever if you ask me in hiding what *you* are all about.

IF I saw a tag that was geared to being just plain mean to another member over personal issues that would tick me off

they are useful - you can tag important things like PUPPY MILL THREADS and HELP FOR DOGS and even proven terrible breeders and that's the way to do it - I've tagged one thing in all my years here - it had to do with dog abuse but never should people play silly high school games and turn this place into a retaliation forum. I'm amazed that's even happening now - this is new and I've been here for YEARS

misuse of the tags will take away the whole point of them - totally. It's a tool for people to see and it should always be for the welfare of dogs - this IS a dog site if people remember -

There could be spammers doing it but I've never seen so many all of a sudden - what the heck is going on ?

Hello V!......Yes it sure is *different* around here from the *old* days...There's very few of the senior members left......It's sure nice to see ya popping in....

thanks so much and I see that (lots of members gone) I've had some pretty big personal issues so havent been on much but for the last few days -

I DO miss the old YT - we had drama yes but never people going after other people like I heard was happening lately - I just don't get it - we all joined for animals not to bash and dash

There are very few senior members here and i do miss them. I know some have gone off to other pastures but i wish they would come back and just ignore all the crap that goes on here. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, fun, sincere, and wonderful people.

i think all of us really need to try out the "if you don't have anything nice to say then don't say anything at all" method for a while. At least enough for things to calm down.
