When you are currently suspended how long are you suspended for?

From my understanding, the first time is usually 1 week, and second suspension 2 weeks. It can be longer depending on how badly the rules were broken. I think a person who has been suspended three times is eligible for banning, although you can be banned with your first offense. My advice is don't argue with admin/moderators about their calls. It like arguing with the umpire, you're likely to get thrown out of the game.

Oh, I wasn't arguing about it just curious how long you suspended for. Thank for replying:)

The rules are pinned at the top pf the General forum:

3. If you personally attack another member (via forums, PMs, chat etc.), your account may be suspended for a period of SEVEN DAYS where you will NOT have access to your YorkieTalk. You will not be able to PM anyone, post new threads or reply to threads, or use YorkieTalk chat. If you try to circumvent this by creating another account to post or reply to messages, we will find out and both accounts will be PERMANENTLY BANNED. For more serious offenses, you may be banned from YorkieTalk immediately after a first offense.

4. If you attack a member again, you may be suspended for a period of TWENTY ONE DAYS. If it happens again, you may be PERMANENTLY BANNED from YorkieTalk. We do not allow discussions of suspensions or bans of any specific member. Please note, the duration/type of all consequences are at the discretion of the admin and moderators and are dependent upon each members' individual situation, the details of which are not shared with the community.

Oh I didn't mean to imply you were arguing. I'm just saying that if moderators give you a ruling, it's best not to argue with them. I'm not a moderator, and you can argue with me all you want! :D

I think attacking from what I see is generally at least two people or more.. and I think when this happens all concerned she be repermaded.. no matter who you are..Like Ann said in her thread.. think about what your saying and how it is said..
I am not meaning anyone in peticular.. just saw your post and thought it was a good one.. so mean nothing peronal here..

This is great time they do something about rude people posting awful stuff now people will watch what they say it's going to be a way better site now that we have better rules on this.

I have wondered that too....I've seen this many times where one person will get suspended yet the other(s) will not.......Left me going.....hhmmmmmm....many times.......

Sometimes the thread that causes the suspension is deleted, so we are not privy to all that's happened. Other times it can be PM's, and again, we wouldn't know this, but I believe we should not argue with the umpire!
