Tags should be used for informative purposes. "Disneyrocks" is okay too . It's just not a place for personal issues though (ie, issues between members).

It would be a good thing if Mods and Admin could trace who placed the tags. That way inappropriate taggers could be reminded just what tags are to be used for.

The ability to do that should be forthcoming .

Someone just added "snooty" as a tag on this thread. That certainly can't be for informative purposes!

I still am not sure the usefulness of tags. Sure, we can all have a little fun with them and put words but how can they help me...really. I will call myslef S-L-O-W because I am not getting it?

I guess the only use I see for them is to associate words with certain threads/members when people do a Google search.

A few days ago there was a link with DvlshAngel985 asking what tags are (sorry, I don't know how to link to the old thread; it's called "What are tags?"). Here was my example:

If you posted a question about your puppy barking all the time at the door bell, you could use tags such as: puppy, barking, door bell.
