I'm so glad to see that someone likes Uni...bc it is the only thing I've tried that I haven't liked and it shocked me that I didn't like it. I think it was not only the texture, but also the taste. But unagi...oh...heaven in the mouth.

I just have to get this out then I'm done. Uni=peanut butter. It's a nutty sweet melt in our mouth taste, that you do NOT eat with soy sauce/wasabi. maybe that is why you didn't like it? Although, uni may be hard to get out to AZ while it's still alive, I dunno.

I had lamb shank for lunch from the indian counter at Wholesome Choice.... the best market in the world!!!!

Believe me, I'm in a shame spiral . I can't say I understand it...? But at least I admitted the grossness! I haven't eaten meat in 16 years or so...so maybe it causes bizarre meat cravings? I have no excuses. I fantasize about Arby's...it's too late for a take-back.
