I just have to get this out then I'm done.
Uni=peanut butter. It's a nutty sweet melt in our mouth taste, that you do NOT eat with soy sauce/wasabi. maybe that is why you didn't like it? Although, uni may be hard to get out to AZ while it's still alive, I dunno.
