Gucci gets along great with my son, with my daughter she plays nice but when my daugther gets close to me or i tell my daugther to stop it she turns into Cujo. (Gucci not my daugther)

Im a stay at home mom. I suffer from fibromyalgia and chronic depression. Getting Gucci has being the best medicine.

What made you decide to buy a Yorkie?: Grew up with them and my husband wanted to get me a small dog to cheer me up.

Have/do you have any other pets: I have a beagle named Daisy who is 2 years old but she's living with my parents right now. I had three cats before we moved but I wasn't allowed to bring more than two pets with me and didn't want to have to choose so I found friends that wanted them. They all got to stay together which is great.

What are your hobbies?: reading(when I can), sewing, trying to quilt, talking on YorkieTalk, SHOPPING!!!

Does your significant other love Yorkies as much as you do?: He's getting there, he's always been a "big dog" guy, but every once in a while I'll catch him loving on Buster and calling him "his boy"

If so, what are their ages and how are they doing with your Yorkies?: Isabella , 9 months and she doesnt' really understand what Buster is yet but he keeps trying to help her when she's trying to crawl by getting behind her butt and trying to push her. It's really cute and funny!!

Anything else interesting that will help us to get to know you better?: We are an Army family lived in Virginia Beach, came to Germany kind of for our Honeymoon and then found out we are moving here and now over here and wanting to be back in the states SOOOOOOOOOOO badly! Bella loves being here with daddy again but I think sometimes she really misses Grandma and Grandpa. Buster was actually a gift for me when we were here on vacation and now he's back in his home country. Funny how things turn out. My Beagle is with my parents because she wasn't able to make the long trip over here and I definately didn't want to put her up for adoption so my parents offered to take her in while we are over here but I don't think I will ever get her back.

I am absolutely in love with dogs. I shop on spare-time and I'm a fashion addict. I'm also, slowly but surely, getting addicted to this forum. I find it funny, really, because my boyfriend spends his day searching through car forums (because he has a love for fixing up cars) and I spend all day on the other computer searching through Yorkie stuff. That's all I can really think of!

What made you decide to buy a yorkie: I have always wanted a dog as a pet and was never allowed to have one. So I researched many of the smaller breeds starting about 2 years ago and after all was said and done I decided on the Yorkies!!!! My hubby didn't want one but he gave in and now WEEG and Ray are best buds!!

Where are you from: I grew up in Kentucky but have lived in Indiana for the last 22 years.

What made you decide to buy a Yorkie: I researched different breeds for about 2 months before I got Bo. My husband didn't want to pay what Yorkies cost here so I looked into Wire Fox Terriers (too much like my VERY excitable Schnauzer and supposedly hard to train), a 1/2 Yorkie, 1/2 Shih Tzu (that particular puppy didn't capture my heart for some reason), a Shih Tzu (I actually lost a $100 deposit on the Shih Tzu when I found Bo, hubby wasn't happy about that), and then I found a listing in the classifieds. A woman whose friend had a Yorkie and her Yorkie and her friends bred. They aren't breeders but her mother used to. Anyway, they ended up with a litter of 2 pups and no facilities to keep them in so they wanted to be rid of the puppies. She said Bo was 6 weeks when I got him but my vet said probably not. But, he was eating his mother's food and was well socialized so I feel I got a bargain. I'm not bothering with the registration. He will be neutered at 6 months. (Sorry so long winded!
