What made you decide to buy a Yorkie: i've always wanted a yorkie ever since i was a little girl, but my parents wouldn't allow me to have one. until recently i found Oreo in an add on my local newspaper, and i saw him and loved him. and ever since I got oreo, i've been obsessed with Yorkies!

Have/do you have any other pets: My boyfriend and I share a Cat named Deva that we adopted while we were in highschool. Another Dog named Loo who is a mutt (i have no idea what in the world he is, but he's lovely!) we have two turles and about 10 Fishies.

What made you decide to buy a Yorkie: I have researched the breed and love all the breed traits, I deal with alot of yorkies at work and the owners of all say how wonderful they are. Small dogs fit in better with my lifestyle too.

Breeders: How long have you been breeding, how do you like it? What made you decide to start breeding?:

Have/do you have any other pets: My boyfriend has a springer spaniel black lab mix, I used to have a rottweiler but since I lost him to cancer which rotties are prone to, I think I would rather have a smaller breed that is easier to take places and I think it would be too hard to have another rottie, I would worry too much about losing another to cancer.

What are your hobbies?:I sew, crochet, make custom dog collars and leashes, play with my dog, garden, spend time outside doing whatever, following NASCAR and our other local racing since a few friends of mine race.

Does your significant other love Yorkies as much as you?: he doesn't really know the breed but he is a HUGE dog lover so any dog will be loved

Do you have any children? If so, what are their ages and how are they doing with your Yorkie?: I have 2 sons that are 8 and almost 11. They live with thier dad for the school year in southern colorado and me during vacations and stuff. They know that I am getting a yorkie and are thrilled since their step mom has one and they absolutely love her.

I work for Petco grooming salon. I am also getting ready to go to school do become a dog trainer. I have done alot of work with dog rescue and have fostered a few dogs. I look forward to getting to know other YT members. One can never have to many friends and one can never have to much knowledge.

Anything else interesting that will help us to get to know you better?: Matthew and i have been together for 5 1/2 yrs now married almost 2 we have agreed not to have children atleast not anytime soon so about 3 months ago i convinced him to let me get a puppy and Lycan came into our lives she died when she was 9 weeks old on 04/13/05 we were devestated. It has been a long hard month but we are getting better i think it has brought us closer together. We currently have Toby on loan in hopes of breeding him to get a half sister and woo hoo we found someone just waiting for the doggie sleep over.

Anything else interesting that will help us to get to know you better. I am currently a sahm (stay at home mom) and my husband is a Chiropractor. I do keep myself pretty busy as I answer the phones from my husbands office which means I will handle anything that comes through by phone like making app for patients, lawyers, insurance companys etc (I have the office phone transfered to my cell phone at all times so I can never get away from it). I also take care of the insurance end of the buisness as well. I also babysit my husbands helpers son Isaac and he is two. So I try to run the office from home with the three young kids it is not always easy. It seems like the phone will always rings at the wrong times .

We are right now in the process of buying a new house. So hopefully everything all goes well . We were going to start to build our dream home but decided to hold off for 5 years. We own 10 acres in the country so when we are ready to build we do have the property.

Lets see I love horses. And cant wait until we have some of our own. It has been a childhood dream of mine to own a farm. I also love really big dogs and really small dogs. I just love animals period!

What made you decide to buy a Yorkie: I love the temperment and personality in Yorkies also it was my husbands choice a yorkie or another baby he picked the yorkie and we have both already fallen in love with here and its only been a week since we got her.

Breeders: How long have you been breeding, how do you like it? What made you decide to start breeding? I have not started breeding yet but i plan to in about 2years i want to finish school for my vet tech degree and do more research. my grandmother breeds maltese and loves it. they are so cute

Have/do you have any other pets: i have a 2year old chihuahua/mixed named brownie, 2 cats snowflake and snuggles they are almost 2 years old i dont know which i love the most i guess i have 4 hearts...

What are your hobbies?: well my family is a major part of my life also i love animals, will be going to school for my vet tech deg.. next semester. i also love to groom my chihuahua/mix she has very long and silky hair...she loves her little bows that i do...
