I love my mom's homemade italian cooking

"Sunday" sauce with meatballs and Fuselli! YUM OH YUM!!!

I also LOVE LOVE LOVE pernil al horno and alcapurrias...YUMMMMM!!!!

I had my husband go get me some in the middle of labor , right in the hospital. Man... he had to go like 20 miles there and 20 miles back . You could smell it all over the deliveryroom floor of the hospital....LOL. The hospital was great and said they didn't care .

LOLOLOLOL.. They even rehaeted leftovers for me after the baby was born

Anyway I LOVE ceviche now!!!! I love Ecuador too, I love Salinas, and Banos and Quito is very beautiful. I also Love tostones, and madurros (both are from plaintanes for those who don't know). I love alot of Ecuadorean food now too. I am just a plain ol girl from Indiana and my all time favorite food is cotton candy!!! It is just fun

and always makes me smile

oh wow how cool!!! isnt Ecuadorean food the best.. its so yummy .. LLAPINGACHOS ARE DELISH.. they are potatoe cakes fried stuffed with cheese so yummm

every saturday theres this lil Ecuadorean couple that sell Ecua food and I LOVE IT... they have this dish called ASADO which is pernil.. (pork -shredded) w/ your choice of white rice or mote (homminy) LOVE THAT TO SNACK ON! and encebollado (thats like a onion and tomato salsa/salad.. all that for like 6 bucks!!! SO DELISH and plate of that can feed up to 2 ppl .. but usually i eat it all myself.. teehee!

UMMMM YUMMMMMM!!!! I ate all that food when I was in PR!! There is a place by my house that sells all that good food!!

I'm not a picky eater. I love so many different kinds of foods!!! But if I had to choose just one...

A BEEF RIBEYE STEAK COOKED MEDIUM RARE WITH BAKED POTATO TOPPED WITH EVERYTHING AND A SALAD WITH BLUE CHEESE DRESSING!!!!

Don't forget the glass of sweetened ice tea to go along!

OMG so good. Except replace the ribeye with a porter house for me

and the iced tea with a diet pepsi or a goose island summertime
