Mine is homemade beef enchiladas. I also like Chili's southwestern eggrolls with avacado ranch dip.

Ceviche de Camaron... thats shrimp ceviche... My mom makes the best ceviche!!! if anyone likes shrimp you will love Ceviche... many south american countries have different ceviches.. but my mom is Ecuadorean and I LOVE HER'S!!!!

As you can tell for those who have seen my pictures,,, I really like all kinds of food! LOL Just kidding,,,,,,, I am really quite picky,,, I just eat alot of what I do like! On the top of my head,,,,, I think sushi has got to be my favorite. Any Mexican dish,,,, BUT not mole and sweet impanthas (sp?) Any kind of pastas. Lobster & shrimp ,,,,,, oh now my mouth is watering! love beef all kinds (tri tip and prim rib are some of my favs). This list goes on,,,, but believe it or not,,, the dislike list is much bigger.

Hmmm...too many choices. Well if I have to narrow it down I'd have to say pizza... and sushi. Mmmmmm..... :)

Ok its getting close to supper time,,and I'm getting hungry,, I had to re-read this thread to get some ideas for dinner. :D
But I have to get my nails done,,so it might be a Taco Bell Night! :rolleyes:

Egg Fu Yung(sp?) with chinese greenbeans with sauce.

I had my husband go get me some in the middle of labor , right in the hospital. Man... he had to go like 20 miles there and 20 miles back . You could smell it all over the deliveryroom floor of the hospital....LOL. The hospital was great and said they didn't care .

LOLOLOLOL.. They even rehaeted leftovers for me after the baby was born :D

Before pregnancy, I use to love "kare-kare". It's a Filipino dish and my mom just makes the best ever. I would never get tired of eating it until now. The smell ot it makes me vomit. So not a pretty picture :p

Now it's Taco Bell's chalupa supreme. I try not to have any every week because I usually eat 3 or 4 of them in one sitting :D

I hate pizza tho, and have never met anyone else who didnt like it either. Does anyone here not like pizza?
