My husband is Ecuadorean. He is from Guayaquil. Small World! Anyway I LOVE ceviche now!!!! I love Ecuador too, I love Salinas, and Banos and Quito is very beautiful. I also Love tostones, and madurros (both are from plaintanes for those who don't know). I love alot of Ecuadorean food now too. I am just a plain ol girl from Indiana and my all time favorite food is cotton candy!!! It is just fun and always makes me smile !!!!
