I get the feeling he just wants out altogether and will end up spending less and less time with those kids.

obviously just from what I've seen on television. I don't blame Jon for being pissed at having sole responsibility for those kids for that long periods of time. It should be a teamwork effort, not just laid on one person, man or woman. 8 kids are a lot of work and I wouldn't expect ANY one to have to take on that task alone. Even if he had help, it wasn't the help of the MOM of their children. I'd be pissed because she's off parading being Miss Celebrity BECAUSE of her children, yet she's not at home with them? She openly admitted she was gone for a long time. I think that men and women should spend equal, or close, to equal time with their children. I think that's only fair. The women shouldn't be expected to be home 24/7 with kids but neither should the man.

| My daughter(who is 9 years old) is half asian (im caucasion hubby is asian)had really enjoyed the show ,it was so nice for her to be able to see other kids with the same family setup and that looked just like her(I swear she is maddy’s twin) The show has turned from a family show to adult drama and neither of us will be watching it anymore.

I agree and Monday's show will look back on their 10 year marriage and then it's hiatus until August. As long as people watch, the show will go on and I feel so bad for the children.

| i was very unimpressed with jon in the last episode...he even said at one point...he was sad but excited too for the new chapter in his life...its very obvious kate does NOT want this divorce and that just didnt seem to nice...granted Kate has had her fair share of not nice comments but two wrongs doesnt make a right,i wish so bad they could have worked it,poor children i think jon will get out on and spend much less time with his children..he was apartment shopping in new york! thats not walking distance to the home in PA! the whole spanking issue is so ridiculous in my opinion...it was at her home(not public) and she has the right to discipline her children...i do not condone beating your kids by any means but popping them on the rear does not hurt...it gets their attn more than anything...ive been popped and I turned out fine lol i dont think child protective services are needed becuz the kids never look like they are working...their always playing and having fun...the most work ive seent them do is say"on this episode of jon and kate plus 8" in unison...

| Jon's moves to NY, Kate's on her tours, the blood related relatives have all turned on the family...the kids are the losers of the whole thing. A happy, loving show turned into another horror tv show. Unhappiness, crying, depression...great tv TLC...makes you feel so great after watching a episode of destruction of another family. Pass the remote please.... |
