| Have you ever read any Sophie Kinsella, Fiona Neill, Marian Keyes or Freya North? Think Bridget Jones style writing and that's the kind of genre they are. I absolutely love these authors. Amongst others and I love the books you just mentioned so maybe you might like them.

| I like Debbie Macomber's books, especially her Blossom Street and Cedar Cove series. They're very light, easy reading. |

| The Twilight books are really good although the obsession with them is getting a bit over the top... Here's a list of some of my favorites: Alice Sebold - The Lovely Bones, Lucky and The Almost Moon. Jeannette Walls - The Glass Castle Jay Asher - Thirteen Reasons Why Ann Packer - The Dive From Clausen's Pier Elizabeth Cox - The Slow Moon

Yeah, they are a vampire romance but the characters are captivating. The first book is the best IMO, and focuses more on the interpersonal relationships than the supernatural aspects.

| The Twilight books are good, and that usually isn't my type of thing...but got sucked right into them Jodi Piccoult has some good books. Maeve Binchey is one of my favorite authors too. She's Irish and I love the way her characters speak. Tara Road by her is excellent, but I like all of her books.

Donating YT 3000 Club Member | Hi Marci, I'm back Hey, the Twilight books are great!!! give them a try I looove them. I know there is a lot of crazyness going on right now about the whole thing and the movies, but the story is pretty good. |

| This may be way out there for you, but I like R.A. Salvatore. He writes mostly fantasy books (think Lord of the Rings type books, you know, elves, magic). The best books by him that I liked were the Highwayman, and the Dark Elf Trilogy. Be careful picking out a book by him though since he writes in Trilogies mostly, so make sure you are getting the first book in the story.

| Have you ever read the Melanie Travis Mysteries? They're good books. They're mysteries that revolve around dogs and dog shows. I can't think of the author though...
