| I didn't read the thread. But I know how hard it is to establish and maintain a good reputation. It is ok to put a bad revue, but anyone should really think about the consequence of their act before trying to ruin someones reputation. And sometime just talking about it with a few people (PM) make you feel better. |

| I think the review section is awesome and if someone has a bad experience and the business owner doesn't correct it, it's good to have that information. In these two instances however, it was clearly the buyers who were in the wrong and those thread never should have been started. Hopefully it will be clear to anyone reading them that it was a buyer issue and not an issue with the sellers.

| I love Go Fetch I love Go Fetch but I still think we all need the right to say what our thoughts are on vendors and products. Like I love a certain vendor for dog shirts but I won't ever buy four foot suits from again. All of them have fallen apart, I've bought dog beds here that were thin more like a fluffy blanket. Again just won't buy from that person again. But Fear of the suport of others who have had better luck at buying things tends to keep the unhappy from saying a darn thing.

| I am offering my opinion as a long time donating member who is both a buyer and a seller. There is a difference between an honest review and angry character assassination. The Review sections should be used to present FACT supported by documentation of both good and bad service by vendors. Rules with serious consequences should be put in place to protect vendors from angry posts that are not entirely truthful. Venting a grudge is NOT a review. Members should be required to make a valid attempt to resolve problems prior to posting publicly. There should also be serious consequences for vendors who have been proven to misrepresent their products. |

| It would be really nice if we could implement a review system similar to the one on ebay. It rates the seller in several categories AND gives a limited amount of space to expand on the ratings. This would force reviewers to think carefully about their thoughts and "spend their words" wisely. Comments on the reviews should be limited to ONE per member per thread. That would almost completely eliminate the bickering and ugliness. A review should provide factual information that is beneficial to all of YT in determining whether or not to buy OR sell to members or outside vendors. |

| I haven't known Des for that long, but I have certainly ordered lots of stuff from her. she is always so sweet and above and beyond fair and honest. whenever I see some random doggie stuff that I have my eyes on, I always let her know and she tries her best to custom make the things I like if at all possible. and whenever she combines shipping on my orders, she would refund shipping costs! and her products, from quality to attention to detail, I was truly amazed. she has been nothing but WONDERFUL, Im so glad that I found her for my girls! but I don't expect her to be perfect, she is human just like the rest of us. all these being said, Im still glad there is a section for reviews. I have orded from vendors that are not as wonderful. I've ordered a couple outfits for my girls at the beginning of Feb. (lead time 10 days stated on her site), and she made a mistake with the nightie which ended up being disproportioned, so I sent it back to her about a month and a half ago, and until today, I still don't have it and its too warm in FL to wear it now. on top of that, the seller has never attempted to voluntarily contact me unless I tried to contact her, my patience is running out and Im very close to post a negative review on her!!!

| I am shocked that Des was put to this highest test and have to defend herself with proof... personally if I were a seller and seeing those posts.. I would red flag it and think gee do I need this kind of acusations from a member... No..so by being the poster.. this poster could hurt herself far more then she could hurt Des that I too buy for.. and ya know for the one who commented her prices are out of this world.. just do not buy and let it alone.. it is anyones right to not order from a vendor... but it is not up to members to belittle prices...IMO I had drama threads.. but I also hate seeing some one that works so hard to gain a good reputation have one person come on a make a thread to harm their business... I am with Cindy.. maybe the seller/buyer reviews need to change.. for If I sold on ebay and a person ordered from me with a bad rep for demeaning sellers. I would sit and wonder.. oh boy what proof do I need to keep here on this sale...again IMO... I also feel this was not an appropriate way to deal with this issue...I think it is wrong that a person can post anything deameaning like this without proof and then a person try to defend themselves and can't.. that is so wrong and I do not care who the people are..so something could maybe be done on this part.. I hate to see people get hurt cause some one is having a bad hair day... anne |
