I bought a no-sew fleece quilt kit for my husbands aunt with Down's syndrome (she's 43) for Christmas. She does latch hook sets and paint by numbers all the time, so I wanted to get her something different. It's this one right here Kids Quilt Craft Kit |

I just checked online prices at Mary Jo's (the store is in town and you would think that I would be a little more patient) and they have the NFL fleece for 9.99 -12.99 a yard and there's some you can buy by the bolt. I hope to get by there today and check out what else they have plus prices. Anything NFL is outrageous anytime of the year. |
I just remembered that my cousin shops at Hancock's fabrics where she lives and gets great buys. I have to make a trip to Charlotte today and they have one near Petco where I'll be going. Yea!! They might have one near you. Hancock Fabrics |
2 Attachment(s) I have made quite a few of these as well. Dogs, Babies, Adults....the list is endless!! I recently made an attempt at doing beds. Just leave a small section open...stuff with morning glory stuffing (walmart sells it) and tie it up. I tufted it with yarn. They came out quite well, i think. And they wash so beautifully!! I did one for Brooklyns ge buddy with a matching blanket. Here are the ones i did for brook and oliver...i think they are fun...i love matching up different prints! my dogs have lots of blankies!! one in the wash, one to replace it with!! God forbid they should be without a blankie!!:D Heres Brooklyn on hers...forgive her bed head!!Attachment 260919 and here is a picture of both bedsAttachment 260918 |
 Hancock's fleece is 50% off. Hope it's not all gone when I get there. :D |
