Might be worth looking into!
I went in Hancocks the other day and bought TONS of solid fleece for my beds, I could barely carry the bags out they were so full. I didn't see very many prints that I liked though or that were on sale enough for me to just mess around with. Fleece is so high, it's crazy!!!! I want to go by Joann's tomorrow and see what they have, I need to get some boy prints for my beds, boys are so hard to find stuff for jeeze!!!! Hobby Lobby doesn't have much fleece though, I think it's weird!!!

I am planning on going to Jo-Ann's tomorrow. I am having a hard time picking out a backing for this frog fleece I got the other day.

you know I am looking at strawberry shortcake fleece on ebay and this stuff is not cheap and then you have shipping. One person wants 13.00 a yard :eek: for the baby shortcake fabric. I guess I am going to wait to see what joannes has tomorrow.

SS fleece will be high unless you find it on clearance or on a really good sale. It's licensed so that means they can shoot the price up, way up. Like I said, I went to Joanns several months ago and bought my SS fleece... I ended up getting 2 yards of the SS fleece & 2 yards of solid red fleece, that's IT - didn't buy anything else and I spent... $40. So, yeah, it's VERY high.

well you were right hanovers does have a great sale. I have never heard of hanovers before. I actually like the curious george and the raggedy ann fleece they have for only $6yd. :D.

i got strawberry shortcake fleece on clearance for 3.50 a yard at joanns yesterday & made a blanket out of it. if i knew you were looking for some i wouldve bought the whole bolt of it!!

I'm not sure. I am partial to plaids, but I haven't found one that matches. I may have to go with a solid color. I could bring out the red in the tongue, but I like the browns or the greens better.

yea, i actually thought about the red in the tongue also. I think any of them would look good! :D

Went to Walmart this evening and got some more fleece and made my mom a throw for her 80th birthday. We are having her party tomorrow. She has always made me quilts so I finally made her something. Yay!!!!!!:)
