yea lots of monkey and baby animals. I love them all and I have more monkeys coming tomorrow. :eek: I think i really have to stay away from you..hehe.. This is contagious. :p

Hahaha i told you my parents are the ones got me on the whole monkey thing....LOL as they gave Bailey her nickname!:D

I really do like buying online also...I think that there is also more of a selection, especially on eBay. I find SO many cute fabrics there - also ones that are hard to find or ones that the stores no longer carry.

Look at the adorable FLANNEL that I bought yesterday off eBay :D emilyann is going to make Tatum a bed out of it :D And Des (Tiger's Mom) is going to be making Tatum a Nightie out of it as well - trimmed in Hot Pink of course! :p I am so excited! :D

I had trouble for about an hour last night with it connecting to yt i could go anywhere else on the internet but it would not load the yt website.... i thought it was just me. Glad to know it wasnt but sorry you have to deal with it to... it could be that there are a lot more members then there use to be and we may be clogging up the network...LOL all of us addicts you know!:p

Yeah, that's how you do them... I always sew my open holes with the machine though since it looks neater but you can do it by hand. I don't know how Chattiesmom does her toys (I got a toy with some YY I ordered at Christmas) and her edge was just sticking out and not inside the toy, I don't know if I'm making any sense. Her raw edge of her fabric was sticking out though and in that case, all you do is sew straight across the opening.

k, thanks.. I have one of those handheld quick sews. I am sure this would probably work for these toys. But the directions on threading the thing are difficult to understand. I am going to see if I can find some video on this today. :D and cindy's was perfect, you couldn't even tell where the whole was..hehe

Well, I had so much WV fleece that I made Lucky a vest and belly band to match his bed and blankie. I also made a few toys. I made a bone with a squeaker in the middle and some knotted fringed tug ropes. He loves them. lol

how cute, how did you make the ropes? I am online trying to find instructions on threading the Singer handheld sewing machine. The manual's directions aren't very good. Does anyone know where I might be able to find a video on this? I can't seem to find one. :D

I have a really dumb question for anyone who wants to answer. I'm going to be making a bed for Chip and Smokey's crate, so do I measure out the material a little bigger than the exact measurement of the crate to allow for stuffing or does it matter?
