| How to you make a pork chop? I was wondering if anyone had any pork chop recipes to share. I like them tender and juicy, but I have no idea how to make a pork chop.

| Are you interested in baked or fried? Healthy or not-so-healthy?

| The easiest way is to Google "pork chop recipes". You can find simple to fancy. I like to coat them in seasoned breadcrumbs and bake or fry them. I serve them with a salad and some potatoes on the side. Yum!

Donating YT Addict | The easiest way to cook a pork chop is buy Shake n Bake.....a flavor you like and bake them. This will always keep them juicy and they won't dry out. They are great.

| I put salt, pepper and garlic powder on both sides, then "fry" in a non-stick pan with a bit of spray oil. I use fairly high heat. They cook quickly and are juicy inside. Just watch them close so they are not over done. I know it sounds boring, but I really like them this way. I serve with apple sauce or A1 sauce.

| Me too! It's simple and easy and they are always delicious. Just go out and buy the Shake N Bake mix and follow the direction on the box. My bf loves when I make them......hmmm, maybe I'll make them tomorrow for dinner

| Here's my favorite way to do them. Get boneless center cut chops, trim the fat off them and coat them in cracker crumbs (we use club crackers). Then we fry them in a skillet using olive oil. Just at the end of cooking, we add a slice of pepper jack cheese on top. Mmmmmmm....goood P.S. If you pat the meat dry before coating it, the coating sticks better. |
